Thank you for being a Tenant in one of our properties. We value your business and strive to make sure that you have the best experience possible at one of our properties!

The following is information that pertains to your Lease and should help address general questions that you may have.

Maintenance Contact Information

All inquiries about the Property relating to maintenance, leasing or accounting can be submitted in the following manner;

If your inquiry relates to maintenance or facility services, please fill out a Tenant Work Order located at the top of this page and submit to your property manager. If your matter is of an urgent nature, please contact us via the methods above.

If your concern is life threatening, please call 911 immediately.

Payment of Rent

Rent is generally due on or before the 1st of each month. The terms of your rent payment are discussed in your lease document. Please review your Lease or contact your property manager to discuss how to properly submit your rent payment on a timely basis.

We prefer payment of rent via ACH or wire transfer, please contact us for account information to process your rent payment this way.

Certificate of Insurance

All Tenants must have on file with Integris Venture Management a certificate of insurance and insurance must be in good standing with your provider.

The certificate of insurance must name Integris Ventures – WBC, LLC and Integris Ventures – Management, LLC as additionally insured under your policy.
