The following is information that pertains to your service contract and should be adhered to in a strict manner, please contact your Property Manager if you have any questions.

Insurance:

Certificates of Insurance can be submitted in the following ways:

Insurance Requirements

The Certificate of Insurance should name the Owner entity (located on your service agreement) and Integris Ventures – Management, LLC as additionally insured under your policies. The following limits must be in-place on your insurance policy:

Commercial General Liability Coverage Limits*

General Aggregate: $2,000,000
Personal Injury/Bodily Harm: $1,000,000
Each Occurrence Limit: $1,000,000
Damage to Premises: $500,000
Automobile: $1,000,000
Workers Compensation: State mandated amount

*Please note, maintenance vendors must adhere to the coverage amounts listed above. Insurance requirements are only applicable to maintenance oriented vendors.
