David Tomlinson
David is the Managing Director of Integris Ventures, joining the firm in 2015 to oversee asset-level operations, management staff, and back office administration. David’s primary responsibility is to lead the Company’s day-to-day activities and the pursuit of new investment opportunities. Additionally, David works with management staff, construction and leasing teams to ensure each investment adheres to the business plan set forth during the acquisition process
David’s expertise stems from extensive experience in institutional property acquisitions and asset management across the Midwest with a focus in Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis and Cincinnati.
Prior to joining Integris Ventures, David was the Chief Operating Officer of Greenstone Companies a boutique commercial real estate firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to Greenstone Companies, David spearheaded a real estate investment program for the Farbman Group, a regional commercial real estate investment firm. While at Farbman, David acquired over $200 million in value-add real estate investments for institutional partners throughout the Midwest.
David graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. David is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Michigan and a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois and achieved his CCIM Designation in 2013. David resides in Chicago, Illinois with his growing family.
